Ingredients:
vegetable oil
220 gr spaghetti
salt
2 tbs unsalted butter
1 1/2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs minced garlic
270 gr prawn
pinch black pepper
5gr parsley leaves
grated zest of 1/3 lemon
lemon juice (1/4 lemon)
pinch of chilli
Directions:
- Drizzle some oil in a large pot of boiling salted water, add 1 tsp of salt and the spaghetti.
- Cook for about 7 - 10 minutes or according to the directions on the package.
- Meanwhile, in another large pan, melt buter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic, saute for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, 1/3 tbsp of salt and the pepper and leave until shrimp have just turned pink, about 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from heat, add parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice and chilli flakes.
- Toss to combine
- When the pasta is done, drain the cooked pasta and then put it back in the pot. Immediately add the shrimp and sauce, toss well and serve.
