I am seeing this Master Chef Season 4 Episode 14 about the Pressure Test.
The 3 candidates need to make Peter Gilmore's Signature Eight-Texture Chocolate Cake.
Geez! I am watching it, I am saliva-ing, I am amazed, I am shocked, I want to eat it and I want to make it (but forget the last one).

It is so cool!! So awesome!
Like what he said in Master Chef episode:

"It was 7 main elements and there is one more, the 8th texture... the hot chocolate ganache to be served in the front of the guest as the key. When we put the ganache on the center of the cake, we went, and waited a little while... some magical happens."

God! Look so yummy!

Today is the last day of March.
Beginning of April.
It is April Fool.
The end of daylight saving.
Palm Sunday indeed.
Not to forget, Easter is in this month too.

Current plan for 2012:

1. Thai trip on Feb for 1 week.
2. Euro trip on April or May for 2 weeks.
3. Cousin wedding at the end of May.
4. Friend's wedding on Dec and I will be the bridesmaid.

So far so good and so exciting!

I just got back from friend's wedding as well here, in Melbourne.
They are still so young (for me) but you cannot blame if you do love each other and willing to tie the knot asap.
Anyway, congratulations for Niko and Eliz.

Now, my surroundings are getting married.
I said this to someone last night and got response, 'Yes of course, because we are getting older.'

Yeah, right!

How's February? 
Please tell March that April said 
May will be coming before June, 
I heard that July is getting married in August.
How about September and her kids? Please send my greetings to October
and tell November that
all my friends who read this will have a wonderful December again!

2011 almost ends.
Thank you for everything in one year.
