Nothing do to while I'm waiting for my friend to pick me up.
Going to Semarang for another friend's wedding.
Another friend also got proposed yesterday. Hmmm.... :s

Anyway, posting this to spend my spare-time. Travelling plan this year:

1. Korea in April with friends.

2. Philippines in June with boyfie and his friends.

Definitely will do culinary there. I tried Philippine's food once in Cairns and I am in love. So tasty, so yummy, so delicious, so homey. Yum!

3. A friend asks to go to Greece and Turkey, if possible I really would like to go. In fact that his holiday plans, places and activities always amaze me hahaha...

Time to save money :)
Second housewarming was done and no more. I am broke and tired of becoming a host.
Fiuhhh....

Here is the dessert I made. I was so lazy to cook main as usual so I ordered pizza for everyone.
Cos I still have some wonton skin leftover, I made them all to beef taco again.
Anyway, dessert is hazelnut chocolate cheesecake. I used nutella for the hazelnut and oreo for the base.
I practically ate half of it and I couldn't finish it. Even my colleagues weren't surprised anymore, one of them said to another straight away 'You know her. She doesn't like sweet. She baked sweet stuff but doesn't eat it. Weirdo!'

Hahahhaa... I can't help but laughing. It's true but it's me. Or maybe because I have already made it, I have enough of it ;p

Recipe is from here.
It's pretty easy and simple and it is yummy.
Even I didn't finish mine, but I tasted it right?
And my colleagues had 2 each while another friend of mine came the day after and he ate 4. Yes, FOUR! Lol!

Last but not least, guess what they gave me as a gift? A coffee machine!!
Thank you. I am a happy girl.
But, I definitely need a bigger kitchen!!!!
Time for recipe post. Finally.... after a while :)
I am happy to be back, cooking and baking.

I made this when I did my housewarming 2 weeks ago.
Some of them are old recipes but never fail people's tongues.

Here is the picture taken from one of my friends as I completely forgot about taking pics. Yes, I was so busy that day!

First pic in the top left corner is the wonton beef taco, but this time I nailed it. I put more cheese and salsa sauce for more flavour, also topped with a bit of sour cream when serving it.
Recipe is still the same, 500gr mince beef, mozzarella cheese, chunky salsa sauce, taco seasoning, and wonton skin. It's all gone in 10 minutes. Love it!

The second pic is the one next to it, it's roasted asparagus and prosciutto. I got the recipe from Seasons and Suppers.
The pic below is the raw version before I roasted it.
It's served it with a slice of bread and with a cheese sauce supposedly.
But as usual, trouble always comes at the wrong time, my sauce is not thickened and my guess is I used wrong type of cheese so it didn't blend with the other ingredients.

It should look like the pic below:
pic taken from Seasons & Suppers
Third, the bottom right corner is my Oreo Cheesecake Cupcake. Yum!
You can find the recipe from my previous post.

The last picture, I did not cook that one. hehehe..
I bought it from a Malaysian restaurant as I did not have time to cook main course for 11 people ;p
It is sizzling tofu with mince chicken and it is super super super yummy!!!!!

Anw, I will have another housewarming this Saturday for my ex-colleagues so there will be more recipes here. Yeay!
Ciao!
I am in the middle of nowhere at the moment.... of my life.
I am confused for what I want, am trying to find my identity.
I am trying to look for what I am capable of and what I should do for a living, for future.
And with all the problems in it, happens to me or to anyone who is related to me,
I sometimes think that 'why I don't have a life like her/him', 'why I don't have a job like them' or anything that human can think of a jealousy.

Thus, I look at my surroundings again, not too far, started from my close friends....
then I realize I am still a lucky person. At least I have everything I want so far, most of my plans work smoothly til now and I still live my life adequately.

There is a friend said to me one night, "You need to live your life 100%, either you have a job or not, either you are happy or not, either you have money or not, either you are in problem or not... I know it's not like you choose your life to be miserable but it is a life from God, you've been given a chance to live so if you do it 100%, you will find a way and you'll be helped."

Well, I am not a very very religious person but when he said that to me, I was like 'Dammit, it goes to my heart and to my mind!' It's maybe true cos what I do til the previous second is just complaining.

So for what I have and for my life, I'm grateful. I thank God and I will always be.

Novi said, "People said you don't marry the person you can live with but marry the person you can't live without. And for me it's him, Ogi."

Happy wedding to Ogi and Novi!
It was a pleasure for me to attend your wedding and to witness this lifetime event.
Such an intimate, warm and tearful wedding.
Love the ambiance, the place, the food, the ceremony, the reception and everything...

Our wishes and prayers are with you :)

I am free like a bird!

Thank you all for the gift, card, memories, friendships and love :)

I will surely miss you all.

Happy New Year 2013, people...
Been busy enjoying my time and my holiday for the past 2 weeks :)

Am hoping everybody has a good time, welcoming a better year,
becoming a better person, spending time with the beloved one.

Greetings from Skye - Jakarta!
Happy Hatch Day, Ivan!

Been away from Friday night.
Was fun but so damn tired and sleepy.
Finally, home sweet home.
Need proper sleep and food.

But... awesome pics, fun people and amazing view.

Happy Sunday people!

Okay, one more thing has done.
Ticket is booked for December.
Hello Jakarta! Hello heavy traffic jam! Hello freaking hot weather!
But hello friends!

:)

If only Jakarta is always like this
Europe has been fantastic and I will definitely go back for more later to visit other countries in that continent :)

Next stop? I hope it will be Korea.
My friends and I who went to Thailand last time plan to have another trip by beginning of next year.
We decided to go to Korea, but can't promise anything now as you never know what will happen in the next 6 months.

Well, I still hope that we can make it and create a perfect plan for an amazing trip again like before.
But we can just pray for now and wait for confirmation from all of us later on (maybe) November.

Sudden plan.
Ticket booked, hotel booked.
Four people are going... 2 girls, 2 guys.
End of April.
5 days, 4 nights.
And no... no, it's not double date :p

Cairns and Port Douglas, wait for us! ^.^

I had farewell dinner yesterday.
Another friend is going back to Indo for good, tomorrow morning.
Everyone is going one by one. *sighhh
At the end of the dinner, she hugged everyone saying goodbye.
Everyone wished her a good luck, best and happy life in the future.
When she hugged me, I said 'Thank you and good luck for your job'.
And she said to me 'Thanks, I'll wait for you. When is your turn going back for good? Soon, huh?'
Me speechless!

Anw, all the best dear! Even you're still 19 and you will start what people call real life really soon, I wish you the best of luck.
I'll see you when I see you.

I am back! From my one week trip to Bangkok and Phuket.
Thailand was so hot, everywhere.
There is no one day that we did not sweat... a lot, but it was worth with everything we tried.
The view, the places, the food, the price, the road, the building, the people and the beaches in Phuket.
I can say that Thailand is cheap especially the food and the hotel, even compared to Indo and Singapore.
The food? All spicy but really delicious.
The places? Great! I think Bangkok is similar like Jakarta with better people and way better of public transport systems.
The building? They have some incredible buildings, a lot of temples and a lot of malls.
The people? A lot of pedestrians and a lot of foreigner, especially in Phuket.
The road? Cars, tuk-tuk and taxis are everywhere. hehehe...

I think that's enough for the review, now time for the pictures >.<
